Adamus Resources Ltd.

Adamus Resources Limited is a Perth-based emerging gold producer which is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) and the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX) in Canada.

The Company’s main focus is on realising the economic potential of the 90% owned Southern Ashanti Gold Project in Ghana, West Africa, where drilling has identified a resource of 1.5 million ounces of gold. Adamus has commissioned a bankable Feasibility Study, due for completion in early 2007. Exploration drilling will continue as the Company seeks to increase the resource base of the Southern Ashanti Gold Project.

Ghana, which has an English legal system, has a century-long history of gold mining and is host to some of the largest continuously operating gold mines in the world. Members of the Adamus Board and Management Team have proven records in mineral exploration, project development and project financing.
