During the 2008 fiscal year (as of 30/11/2008), the company generated sales of € 34 million.

The process of transforming from an operative group holding in the health sector to a holding company in the two core segments of Healthcare and Water Treatment was initiated by the highly lucrative sale of business segments in heavily consolidated, slow-growing and low-margin markets.
