Impreglon SE was founded in 1983 by the current chairman of the managing board, Henning J. Claassen, as an in-house coating operation of his machinery manufacturing company ‘Meltex’ in Lüneburg. After the machinery division was sold in 1989, Impreglon became more and more an internationally active service provider for industrial coatings.
Impreglon is a modern service provider, with production facilities in 10 countries, offering a wide range of coatings. We offer fluoropolymer-based surface coatings, thermal spray coatings made of metal, ceramic and plastic as well as coatings made of zinc/aluminum alloys that protect from corrosion and can be painted. We are ISO 9000 certified and guarantee optimal, reproducible quality of machine components as well as serial parts.
Impreglon’s satisfied customers include: AEG, Atlas Copco, Autoliv, Bahlsen, Baker Hughes, BASF, BMW, ContiTech, 3M, Kraus Maffei, MAN Roland, Nestlé, Dr. Oetker, Pirelli, Rheinmetall, Tesa, Thyssen Krupp, VW etc.
