The main investment focus of SILVER CAPITAL AG is to participate on the future upside of the silver price with a real outperformance on a percentage basis! The Company combines different investment opportunities in the silver market with an excellent risk mix. It brings together all possibilities of direct and indirect investments in silver or silver related financial products.
The CEO Mr. Oliver Frank is an independent research analyst in the mining sector since 1994. He is one of the youngest German investment pioneers in the commodity sector, especially in precious metals, like gold & silver since the mid 90’s. In 1996 he wrote the first German book about North American mining stocks and commented over 100 different companies mainly from CANADA & the USA.
In the last 12 years Oliver Frank has built up a large investment community in Germany & a large network of resource related business individuals in Europe, North America & Australia for commodity investments especially for silver.
The IPO of Silver Capital AG on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany is planned for the fourth quarter of 2008. An application for a secondary listing on a North American Stock Exchange should occur shortly afterwards.
