Sunset Brands was incorporated as Novanet International, Inc. in 1998 and changed its name to Cascade Sled Dog Adventures, Inc. in August 2004. Further, the company changed its name to Sunset Brands, Inc. in October 2004. Sunset Brands is based in Los Angeles, California.
