YuxinLong International Co., Ltd. registered in Hong Kong in 2010 after the completion of the acquisition of Tang Shan YuxinLong Industrial Co., Ltd. and its wholly owned subsidiary company — Tang Shan YuxinLong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.. Tang Shan YuxinLong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., which was established in February 2007, is a private real estate development enterprise. We have strong ability in technique, rich experience in management, and integrated workflow and professional staffs in project selection, project construction, marketing, property management, etc. Our company has clear development strategy and is high-tech and innovative.

We have 79 managers, including 22 advanced staffs, 40 middle-ranking staffs and 10 primary staffs, as well as more than 2000 construction workers. To ensure the high quality of construction, we have hired senior engineers with long-term working experience in the construction industry as technical consultants. We have sufficient funds and strong technical strength; besides, we have accumulated a lot of experiences in real estate development and have developed good reputation in real estate industry.

The Tanghai Peal Community, which is one of the projects strongly supported by the Tanghai County government, also one of the 1000 key projects in Tangshan City, is a signature development project of the company. The total area of the community is 70,000 square meters, the area in construction is 198,000 square meters, and the reserved development area for retail and residential is 450,000 square meters. In January 2010, Yuxin Long International Ltd. was awarded as ‘China’s most respectable real estate company’ by the Real Estate Institute of China and Real Estate Institute of Beijing.

In March 2010, Yuxin Long International Ltd. was awarded as ‘civilized enterprise from 2008 to 2009” by Tanghai County Government.
