WKN 602670 adhoc Mitteilung Heyde AG
Heyde AG auf expansivem Wachstumskurs in
Südamerika
Heyde erwirbt CET Brasil und CET Uruguay
Marktführer im Warehouse Management in Brasilien
und Uruguay
(Bad Nauheim, 3. Januar 2001) Die Heyde AG, Bad
Nauheim, hat rückwirkend zum 1.1.2000 die
Systemintegrationsunternehmen CET Brasil und CET
Uruguay zu 100% übernommen. Die Akquisition
erfolgt auf dem Weg der Kapitalerhöhung aus dem
genehmigten Kapital gegen Sacheinlage. Die 1988
von Cesar Castelli gegründete CET Brasil konzen
triert sich wie die 1998 gegründete
Schwestergesellschaft CET Uruguay mit ihren
Leistungsangeboten auf den Bereich Warehouse
Management und ist mit dem eigenentwickelten
Produkt WIS (Warehouse Information System) ein
führender Anbieter in beiden Märkten. CET verfügt
über eine breitgefächerte Kundenbasis aus Handel
und Industrie. Für das Jahr 2000 wird ein
Gesamtumsatz von knapp 2 Millionen US$, ein
Zuwachs um 24 % gegenüber dem Vorjahr, erwartet.
Die Unternehmen arbeiten profitabel.
Die Integration in die Heyde-Gruppe wird
kurzfristig erfolgen. Die CET Brasil wird dabei
auf die Heyde Brasil verschmolzen, die CET Uruguay
in Heyde Uruguay umbenannt. Geschäftsführer der
beiden Gesellschaften sind CET-Gründer Cesar
Castelli und Ottavio Rivelli (bislang Geschäfts
führer der Heyde Brasil).
Die Heyde-Gruppe, deren Tochterunternehmen Miebach
Logistik seit Jahren in Südamerika eine
marktführende Rolle im Bereich strategische
Logistikberatung einnimmt, verstärkt mit der
Übernahme der CET-Gesellschaften ihr “one-stop-
shopping”-Angebot im Geschäftsfeld Supply Chain
erheblich. Allein in Brasilien kann die Heyde-
Gruppe nunmehr 65 Mitarbeiter einsetzen. Zugleich
schafft sie sich eine solide Plattform, um vom
Schlüsselmarkt Brasilien aus auf dem gesamten
südamerikanischen Kontinent weiter profitabel zu
wachsen. Die Investititonen für Informations
technologie in Brasilien, dem weltweit
siebtgrößten IT-Markt, erreichten schon 1999 ein
Volumen von 4,9 Milliarden US$. Auch für die
nächsten Jahre werden für den brasilianischen
Supply Chain Management Markt Steigerungsraten von
über 50% prognostiziert.
Heyde AG pursues aggressive growth strategy in
South America
Heyde acquires CET Brasil and CET Uruguay
Market leader in warehouse management in Brazil
and Uruguay
(Bad Nauheim, January 3, 2001) Bad Nauheim-based
Heyde AG has acquired 100% interests in the
systems integrators CET Brazil and CET Uruguay
retroactively with effect from January 1, 2000.
The acquisition will be financed by way of a
capital increase from authorized capital against
non-cash contributions. Founded in 1988 by Cesar
Castelli, CET Brazil focuses on warehouse
management services, as does its affiliate, CET
Uruguay, which was formed in 1998. CET is a
leading provider in both markets with its WIS
(Warehouse Information System) product, which was
developed in-house, and has a broad customer base
in the wholesale/retail and industrial sectors. In
2000, CET anticipates total sales of nearly
USD 2 million, an increase of 24% over the prior
year. The companies are both profitable.
Both companies will be integrated into the Heyde
Group in the short term. CET Brazil will merge
with Heyde Brazil, while CET Uruguay will be
renamed Heyde Uruguay. CET-founder Cesar Castelli
and Ottavio Rivelli, who has been the Managing
Director of Heyde Brazil to date, have been
appointed Managing Directors of both companies.
The Heyde Group subsidiary Miebach Logistik has
been a market leader in strategic logistics
consulting in South America for many years. The
acquisition of the CET companies will considerably
strengthen the Group’s ability to offer one-stop
shopping in the supply chain management area. The
Heyde Group will have now 65 employees in Brazil
alone, as well as a solid platform for continuing
its profitable expansion from the key Brazilian
market to the whole of South America. IT
investments in Brazil, the world’s seventh largest
IT market, amounted to USD 4.9 billion as early as
1999. Growth rates of over 50% are expected for
the Brazilian supply chain management market for
the coming years as well.
