LIPRO AG schließt das Geschäftsjahr 2000 erfolgreich ab
Berlin, 5.
EURO.
Die Gewinnerwartung beläuft sich auf 6 Mio. EURO.
Januar 2001 vollständig in

LIPRO AG Plans to Triple Revenues in 2001
Berlin, March 5, 2001. LIPRO AG is seeking to triple revenues
in fiscal year 2001 to Euro 52 million. Earnings are projected
to come in at Euro 6 million.
LIPRO AG has generated significant profits for the first time
since its IPO in 1999. Preliminary earnings before tax (EBT)
for fiscal year 2000 total Euro 1.8 million (1999: Euro 1.2 million),
representing an improvement of Euro 3.0 million over the previous year.
In addition, the Berlin-based company increased its preliminary revenues
fourfold to about Euro 18 million (1999: Euro 4.8 million).
LIPRO has successfully positioned itself in the growing collaborative
commerce market. Through the development and implementation
of intelligent software for cross-company production networks,
LIPRO has been able to expand its share of the market and establish
itself in the international arena, including the Middle East and the USA.
With the acquisition last year of the companies Ebicon AG, Comet AG,
Pyra SA and Synesis (USA), LIPRO was able to round off its range of products
and expertise in the field of systems solutions. The enterprises acquired
in 2000 have been successfully integrated into the LIPRO Group.
In addition, a strategic reorientation is currently taking place, with
the establishment of four business divisions that act flexibly
and close to the pulse of markets.
