PARKEN adjusts its expectations upwards

PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S adjusts its expectations for 2008 upwards by
20%. 

On the basis of the current operating profits and, most recently, F.C.
Copenhagen's qualification for the UEFA Cup group stage, PARKEN Sport &
Entertainment hereby announces that the Company expects to exceed the latest
profit forecasts for 2008, and consequently the company adjusts its
expectations for the profit for the year before tax upwards, from the
previously announced DKK 100 million to a level of DKK 120 million. 

The revenue expectations (approximately DKK 1.5 billion) and the expected
profit before amortisation and transfer activities (in the range of DKK 200
million) remain unchanged. 

The profit may, however, be affected by factors such as the development in
interest rates, as the Group's interest-rate swaps must be accrued in
accordance with the IFRS.
