the merger of Allbecon AG with Allbecon Olympia AG has become effective.

Until the Allbecon Olympia AG shares are listed on the stock exchange, the
Allbecon AG shares (ISIN DE0005086003) will be traded under the same ISIN
as 'conversion rights into Allbecon Olympia AG shares' on the Official
Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (General Standard) as per 29 March
2007.
