Munich, August 24th, 2007 - AZEGO AG (former ACG Advanced Component Group),
ISIN DE0005007702, announced today the results for the first half of the
current fiscal year (January 1st 2007 until June 30th 2007).

Business development
Even though the company did not reach its targets due to the short cash
situation and the gross margin at € 4,0 Mio. being € 0,4 Mio. lower than
last year, the company was able to increase its margin even more than in
the first quarter from 14,7% (first half year 2006) to 18,3%.

The EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization)
of the continued operations has improved from € -1,9 Mio (30.06.2006) to €
-1,3 Mio..
Due to the short cash the consolidated turnover has decreased from € 30,4
Mio. last year to € 22,1 Mio. in the first half year 2007.

As in the previous year EBIT (earnings before interests and taxes) of the
continued operations was still negative, but it considerably rose from €
-2,1 Mio in the first half year of 2006 to € -1,5 Mio. in the first six
months in 2007. This is mainly a result of lower charges, lower
administrative costs and of earnings from dissolution of accruals.

The AZEGO group still closed the first half year 2007 with a deficit under
consideration of the 'discontinued operations', but it considerably
improved from € -2,4 Mio. (first half year 2006) to now € -1,7 Mio.
In the first half year 2007 AZEGO group had 141 employees on average
(2006:138). This increase is mainly caused by the new UK subsidiary which
took up operations at the beginning of 2007.

Perspective
AZEGO still focuses in effective operational and sales structures as well
as on high margin business. Furthermore the franchising business will be
strengthened without neglecting other of AZEGO’s business areas. The
corporate actions which the regular annual meeting of July 26th 2007 has
decided on are currently being implemented in order to create new liquidity
for the company. For the 4th quarter 2007 the Board expects positive
results with the total result for 2007 still being slightly negative.
