The Supervisory Board of BÖWE SYSTEC AG has today agreed to the request
from the Member of the Management Board for Sales & Services, Mr. Peter
Goebel (49), and released him from his tasks and functions within the BÖWE
Group for personal and family reasons with effect from the expiry of 30
November 2009. Mr. Peter Goebel will therefore be standing down from the
Management Board of BÖWE SYSTEC AG on this date.
 
The Supervisory Board would like to express its thanks to Mr. Goebel for
his successful work over many years, particularly with Böwe Systec Japan,
as well as for his great personal commitment in the current situation.

Until further notice the duties of Mr. Goebel will be taken over by Mr.
Oliver Bialowons in addition to his role as Chairman of the Management
Board.

The Supervisory Board and the Management Board wish Mr. Goebel all the
best, every happiness and success for the future.
