On June 29, 2010 Mr. Heiner Kudrus has declared to the Supervisory Board of
BÖWE SYSTEC AG to step back as a member of the Management Board of the
company with immediate effect. The Company received his declaration on June
30, 2010. Mr. Kudrus was responsible for the area of production and
engineering and performed the role of CTO (Chief Technical Officer).

The Supervisory Board would like to express its thanks to Mr. Kudrus for
his work and his commitment for the company and wishes him all the best for
the future.
