* Earnings before Tax (EBT) according to IFRS were EUR 1,26 million
(FY 2009: EUR -0.23 million)

* NAV per share increased by 22% to EUR 0.67 (FY 2009: EUR 0.55)

St. Gallen, 10th May 2011 - CLEANTECH INVEST AG (ISIN: CH0034183175, Ticker
Frankfurt: 4CT, Ticker Berne: CTI, www.cleantech-invest.ch) - a stock
exchange listed Growth Capital Fund focusing on Clean Technology
investments in the German-speaking region - reports the audited financial
results for the Fiscal Year 2010 according to IFRS.
Founded in 2007, the company's FY 2010 Earnings Before Tax (EBT) were EUR
1.26 million (FY 2009: EUR -0.23 million) and After Tax Earnings were EUR
1.22 million (FY 2009: EUR -0.24 million). Financial Earnings (interest
revenues not included) amounted to EUR 2.93 million (FY 2009: 0.67
million). Financial Expenses (mainly depreciation of financial assets) were
EUR 0.81 million (FY 2009: EUR 0.51 million).
In FY 2010, Financial Assets decreased by EUR 0.37 million to EUR 2.27
million as of 31st December 2010. Cash and Cash Equivalents as of 31st
December 2010 amounted to EUR 4.76 million (31st December 2009: EUR 3.02
million). Total Equity amounted to EUR 7.09 million as of 31st December
2010 (31st December 2009: EUR 5.87 million). Total Assets increased by EUR
1.61 million to EUR 7.60 million over the period. The company is almost
entirely financed by equity (equity-to-assets ratio 2010: 93.0%). The Net
Asset Value (NAV) per share according to IFRS increased from EUR 0.55 as of
31st December 2009 to EUR 0.67 as of 31st December 2010 (total equity at
year end divided by number of shares at year end).
