Bad Oeynhausen, 15 June 2016 - In its meeting on 15 June 2016, the
Supervisory Board of Clere AG decided to appoint Mr. Krupke as a new member
of the Board. His tenure expires on 31 July 2018. Mr. Krupke has worked in
the renewable energies field since 2002, and at Clere AG he will initially
focus on the development of a new business model.
At the same time, the Supervisory also resolved to extend Mr. Oliver
Oechsle's appointment as Managing Director until 31 December 2016.
