The Executive Board of Comarch Software und Beratung AG (ISIN:
DE0007249104) has announced that is has today determined a loss amounting
to half of its capital stock (Section 92(1) German Stock Corporation Act)
when compiling the quarterly figures to 3/31/2011. According to the
provisional figures, the company has incurred, according to German
Commercial Code (HGB) an accumulated loss of EUR of approx. 4.3 million EUR
as at 3/31/2011, of which 2.3 million EUR originate from 2011. The
Executive Board will immediately call an extraordinary general meeting
under Section 92(1) of the German Stock Corporation Act. The date of this
extraordinary general meeting will be published along with the invitation
announcement in the next few days. The Executive Board is investigating
measures for improving the company's financial situation.

According to the provisional calculations issued today, Comarch Software
und Beratung AG generated according to IFRS consolidated revenues of
approx. EUR 7.4 million (previous year: 8.8) in the first quarter of 2011.
Consolidated sales were distributed across the three business fields as
follows: For standard software, proceeds amounted to around EUR 3.6 million
(previous year: 4.2), for consulting this figure was EUR 2.8 million
(previous year: 3.3) and for system integration EUR 1.1 million (previous
year: 1.3). The fall in revenue means that, according to provisional
calculations, consolidated EBT according to IFRS for the first quarter is
also below the figure from the previous year at EUR -1.7 million (previous
year: -1.0).
