The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Planned change of Chief Financial Officer at ComputerLinks / Significant increase in turnover in the first half of 2001 ComputerLinks AG has appointed Frank Losem, former Head of Finance and International Control, as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective August 1, 2001. Frank Losem joined the IT marketing company ComputerLinks AG in November 2000. He was formerly a German certified public accountant and tax advisor with the consulting firm Arthur Andersen. The previous CFO, Paul Griffiths, is taking over as Board member the newly created function for Strategic Corporate Development with a particular responsibility for acquisitions. According to preliminary figures for the first half year of 2001, turnover and EBITDA more than doubled compared with the same period in the previous year. Turnover rose by 115% from 37.3 million Euro to 80 million Euro. EBITDA improved from 2.8 million Euro to 6.1 million Euro, an increase of 120 %. These figures together with good gross margins and controlled overheads means, that ComputerLinks AG is in accordance with the plan.
