Daldrup & Söhne AG: Group EBIT margin at 5.5 % in 2022, total output reaches approx. EUR 36 million Oberhaching / Ascheberg, March 31, 2023 – According to preliminary, unaudited figures, Daldrup & Söhne AG will achieve a consolidated EBIT of approx. EUR 2 million (forecast: at least EUR 1.68 million) or an EBIT margin of approx. 5.5% (forecast range: between 4% and 6% of total output) for the business year 2022. This means that the previous year’s figure for consolidated EBIT will be exceeded by around EUR 0.45 million. At around EUR 36 million, the Group’s total operating output in 2022 is not expected to reach the forecast figure of around EUR 42 million. This is mainly due to the fact that, contrary to the original planning, revenue-generating but low-margin services from subcontractors were not performed. All the above figures are subject to confirmation by the auditor as part of the audit of the annual and consolidated financial statements for 2022. The final annual report 2022 will be published as scheduled on May 31, 2023. Reporting party: Stephan Temming, CFO
