JSC 'Latvijas kuģniecība' informs that in accordance to the decision of annual
general meeting that took place on June 11, 2014 to denominate share nominal
value from lats to euro, the denomination date is set on June 30, 2014. 

The Articles of association are registered within Commercial registry on June
16, 2014. 

The new Articles of association attached.
