AS 'Rīgas kuģu būvētava' informs that in accordance to the decision of ordinary
general meeting that took place on April 27, 2015 to denominate share nominal
value from lats to euro, the denomination date is set on July 1, 2015. 

The Articles of association are registered within Commercial registry on May
26, 2015. 

The amendments of the Articles of association attached.
