FK Distribution and Coop have negotiated to prolong the agreement on
distributing the retail leaflets of the Danish supermarkets Kvickly, Fakta,
Superbrugsen, Irma and DagliBrugsen. 

Despite sustaining massive losses in the non-universal postal services segment,
Post Danmark continues to offer customers very low prices. 

This has entailed that FK Distribution has lost Coop as its customer, and as of
1 January 2016, Post Danmark will take over the distribution task from FK
Distribution. 

Mads Dahl Andersen, CEO of FK Distribution, comments: 'Obviously, it's
regrettable to lose a long-standing customer. But we will continue to build on
the success we've already achieved with No Ads+ and MineTilbud.dk. We are
convinced that our product range offers consumers and retailers the best ad
market.' 

Seen in isolation, losing Coop as its customer must be expected to affect North
Media A/S' earnings adversely from 2016. Expectations for North Media A/S'
earnings and EBIT for 2016 will be announced as part of the 2015 Annual Report.
