On 13th of May 2010 LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell OÜ informed its bond
investors about early redemption of bonds. 
LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell OÜ has decided to redeem all of the bonds with
the ISIN code EE3300074806 with a nominal price 100 EEK in accordance with
agreement for premature redemption of bonds. 
In addition, LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell OÜ shall pay accrued internest up
to and including the early redemption date. Early redemption date shall be May
31, 2010. The Record Date shall be May 27, 2010, in accordance with the article
11.2 of terms and conditions of the bond issue.
