ElringKlinger AG: Chairman of Supervisory Board Klaus Eberhardt to step down at end of upcoming Annual General Meeting Dettingen/Erms (Germany), March 14, 2024 +++ The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ElringKlinger AG, Klaus Eberhardt, today has informed the company of his intention to step down from his position upon conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting on May 16, 2024, in the interests of timely succession planning. Klaus Eberhardt has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2013 and recently turned 76. The Nomination Committee of the Supervisory Board will address the issue of succession planning in the short term in order to submit a proposal for succession to the Supervisory Board at its next meeting on March 26, 2024, which will be presented to the Annual General Meeting on May 16.
