He explains this action as being a result of his changed personal future prospects in the new constellation of the corporate structure in view of the takeover by Phenomedia AG. He nevertheless continues to see favorable synergies for the entire company resulting from the agreement. Ernst Kick has been a Member of the Management Board of feedback AG since the beginning of 2000. According to a decision by the Supervisory Board, effective immediately the number of Management Board members of feedback AG is being enlarged through the addition of three members. The Management Board of feedback AG is being expanded through the appointment of Markus Scheer, Chairman of the Management Board of Phenomedia AG; Björn Denhard, Management Board Member and the CFO of Phenomedia AG; and Klaus Forch of Phenomedia AG.
