Fiskars Corporation has today signed a EUR 100 million revolving credit
facility with Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, Helsinki Branch. The new facility
replaces the company's existing EUR 50 million revolving credit facility signed
in November 2007. The new facility has a tenor of five years and serves for
general corporate purposes.
