Fiskars Corp.       Stock Exchange Release      November 15, 2012 at 11:30 EET

Fiskars Corporation has today signed a EUR 80 million revolving credit facility
with Pohjola Bank plc. The new facility replaces the company's existing EUR 80
million revolving credit facility signed in November 2007. The new facility has
a tenor of five years and serves for general corporate purposes. 

Fiskars has a total of EUR 455 in committed credit facilities with Nordic banks.
