They are Norbert Kind, banker and management consultant and also member of the Supervisory Board of GlobalWare AG, Prof. Dr. Klaus Steiner, lawyer, and Diplom-Kaufmann Joerg Ott, CEO of GlobalWare AG. Additional members of the Supervisory Board of the GAP AG are Diplom-Volkswirt Christoph Öfele, businessman, Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur Edmund Bernardi, business consultant and Dr. jur. Stefan Berz, chartered accountant. The Supervisory Board of the GAP AG in its new composition decided on September 22, 2003 by resolution to appoint Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur Markus Ernst, CFO of GlobalWare AG, to the Managing Board of GAP AG as of September 22, 2003. As member of the Managing Board of the GAP AG, Ernst will be responsible in particular for the areas of Finance and Law.
