Jörg Utermark, Member of the Executive Board GWB Immobilien AG since 28
March 2006, has asked the Company's Supervisory Board for an early
termination of his assignment in order to take on new professional
challenges. Mr. Utermark will leave the Management Board effective as of 30
June 2012 by mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board. As a result, the
Management Board of GWB Immobilien AG is reduced to two members.
