Information about Closing related to divestment of the business segment Telecom

As stated in company announcement no. 3, 24 March 2014, Dantherm entered into
an agreement with the parent company of China Technologies Holdings Group Co.,
Ltd. on the divestment of the Telecom business segment. 

As stated in company announcement no. 7, 6 June 2014 the buyer has obtained
regulatory approvals under Chinese rules on foreign investments at the end of
May 2014, and the buyer has subsequently started formation of a European
holding company for completing the acquisition. 

It was expected that formation of the company and thus Closing related to the
divestment, could be completed in June 2014, but since the formation requires
various legal measures, which are still in process, Closing is now expected to
be completed in July 2014.
