Communiqué for Immediate Release

JK Wohnbau Achieved a Positive Result during Q4, and will Announce
Preliminary Figures for 2011 at Today's Shareholder Meeting

Munich, 23 March 2012 - According to preliminary figures yet to be audited,
JK Wohnbau AG realised sales proceeds of approximately 70 million Euros on
a consolidated basis during the fourth quarter of 2011. This brings the
sales proceeds for the 2011 financial year up to approximately 156 million
Euros (previous year: 77 million Euros).

The earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) added up to approximately 11
million Euros during Q4 2011, the EBIT total for the entire 2011 year being
approximately 13 million Euros. The net income realised during the
concluding quarter of 2011 puts the shareholders equity back in the
positive range in the IFRS consolidated financial statement as at year-end
2011.
