CorpNordic Denmark A/S hereby gives notification of a bondholders meeting to
all owners of bonds issued by Kefren Properties IX AB - nominal DKK
740,000,000, ISIN code DK0030039300. 

The meeting is to be held on: 

Wednesday 17th November 2010 at 2.00 pm.

Registration of bondholders will begin at 2.00 pm and the meeting is expected
to begin at approximately 2.30 pm.

1.	Election of Chairman
2.	Reason for the bondholders meeting:Non payment of timely bond interest
3.	Statement from the Issuer
4.	Decision regarding termination of the bonds, if possible, unless termination
      has already been given 
5.	Information about the property value according to received valuation
6.	Decision about a possible sale of the property portfolio
7.	Decision about a possible enforcement of the mortgages
8.	Decision about the payment of costs that exceed the balance on the proceeds
      account 
9.	Decision about a possible request from the Issuer to change the bond terms
10.	Any other business

 
Participation in the meeting, either in person or by power of attorney,
requires evidence of bond ownership by presenting a print, no more than five
(5) days old, of a deposit statement from VP Securities Services or the account
bank. If the bonds are owned by a company, authority to sign documents on
behalf of the company must be presented.
