The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Kleindienst strengthens its position in Outsourcing Service Kleindienst Datentechnik Dokumenten Service, a joint venture of Kleindienst Datentechnik AG and DZ BANK AG, takes charge of the payment document processing from the Berliner Volksbank, the largest German primary bank in the co-operative sector. The institute will have migrated the document-based payment transactions into the Outsourcing Service until 01 July 2002. The contract for the services rendered has a term of five years and a total value of approx. Euro 8.7 million. On a per-year-basis, revenues in the operating segment Outsourcing Service will increase by approx. 15% compared to 2001 due to this order.
