This became necessary as Lobster Network Storage AG on its part stopped financing the operations of its subsidiary owed to being faced with adverse business conditions itself. Lobster Storage Solutions GmbH sells IT-solutions for data storage and backup in the German market to resellers such as system houses and retailers. Its share of the total business of the Lobster group amounts to roughly 50%. The board of Lobster Network Storage AG will now seek to close negotiations with strategic investors in Lobster Network Storage AG as soon as possible in order to ensure continuation of the company.
