Hans-Ulrich Mahr, the Chief Executive Officer of m+s Elektronik AG, Niedernberg, has resigned from his post. At the same time, Claus-Rainer Schulze-Oberländer, the Chief Financial Officer, has withdrawn from the company. In today’s Board Session, the Supervisory Board has appointed Heinz-Peter Göbbels as Chief Executive Officer of m+s Elektronik AG. Mr Göbbels gathered a wealth of experience in the field of restructuring and strategic alignment of companies.
