The managers of MAINSTOR Service + Distribution GmbH, 100 % subsiduary of m+s Elektronik AG, filed petition for insolvency with the competent county court in Aschaffenburg on 25 January 2002. Today, the insolvency court named as interim insolvency manager the solicitor Dr. Werner Schreiber, from the co-partnership Wellensiek Grub & Partner who is as well interim insolvency manager of m+s Elektronik AG. This petition became necessarry due to the decision of the registrar of companies the actual merger of MAINSTOR Service + Distribution GmbH with m+s Elektronik AG as of 30 April 2001 not to register due to the petition for insolvency of m+s Elektronik AG dated 21 December 2001.
