The managers of m+s EDV-Service Verwaltungs- und Beteiligungs-GmbH (Niedernberg) and of SYSCOTEC Computer GmbH (Niedernberg), both subsiduaries of m+s Elektronik AG, filed petition for insolvency with the competent county court in Aschaffenburg on 4 January 2002. Those petitions became necessarry due to the petition for insolvency of m+s Elektronik AG dated 21 December 2001. Named as interim insolvency manager has been solicitor Dr. Werner Schreiber, from the co-partnership Wellensiek Grub & Partner who is as well interim insolvency manager of m+s Elektronik AG.
