The Board of AS 'PrivatBank' informs that on May 16, 2011, a decision was made
on introducing changes to the shareholder register of AS 'PrivatBank', as a
result of which the major shareholding of UNIMAIN HOLDING LIMITED in AS
'PrivatBank' was terminated. The Bank's shares were acquired by the owners of a
substantial share of PJSC CB 'PRIVATBANK' (Ukraine) equity, Gennadiy Bogolybov
(acquired 9%) and Igor Kolomoyskyy (acquired 9%).
