PRELIMINARY DISPENSATION FROM THE OBLIGATION TO SUBMIT A MANDATORY TAKE-OVER

In Nordic Shipholding's announcement no. 9/2013 from 22 November 2013
concerning the conditional restructuring agreement entered into by the Company
and Nordic Maritime, it was mentioned that completion of the restructuring
agreement is conditional upon, inter alia, receipt by Nordic Maritime of a
preliminary dispensation issued by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority
from the obligation to submit a mandatory take-over offer pursuant to Section
31 of the Danish Securities Trading Act as a consequence of the completion of
the restructuring. The Company has been informed by Nordic Maritime, that such
preliminary dispensation has now been issued to Nordic Maritime.
