PUBLICATION OF CIRCULAR

Ruukki Group Plc ('Ruukki' or the 'Company') (LSE: RKKI, OMX: RUG1V) announces
that, further to the announcement published earlier today, the Company has
published a Circular in connection with the proposed related party transaction
comprising the arrangements between the Group, Junnikkala and the Junnikkala
Minority Shareholders (each as defined in the Circular) relating to the
proposed Disposal of 51.02 per cent. interest in Junnikkala Oy. 

A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism
('NSM') and will shortly be available for inspection on the NSM's website at
www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. 

The Circular is also available on the Company's website at www.ruukkigroup.fi.
