Copenhagen, 2014-03-17 14:35 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- As announced in company
announcement no. 2/2014 of 21 February 2014, the Board of Directors has
proposed a resolution to liquidate the company and has convened an
extraordinary general meeting to be held on Tuesday, 18 March 2014. 

 The company has sold its portfolio of securities. Against this background, the
Board of Directors estimates the total liquidation proceeds available for
distribution to the shareholders at around DKK 132-134 per share with a nominal
value of DKK 10 (excluding own shares held by the company). The ultimate
liquidation proceeds will depend on the ultimate liquidation costs.
