Aktia Bank plc's wholly-owned subsidiary Saaristosäästöpankki Oy has been
incorporated in Aktia Bank plc through a merger today, 1 July 2014. 

Aktia Bank acquired Saaristosäästöpankki in October 2013. The merger was
carried out in order to simplify the Aktia Group structure.
