SimCorp announces that it has completed negotiations of an extension of its
license agreement with a Nordic investment manager. The reason for this
announcement is that SimCorp considers the extension of the license agreement
to have strategic importance to the company pursuant to section 4.1 of its
Investor Relations Policy. 

Following a mandatory standstill period of 10 calendar days, SimCorp expects to
conclude the contract that has been negotiated.
