Unterföhring, 8 June 2015 - Sky German Holdings GmbH, Munich, today
confirmed and specified its request for the transfer of the shares of the
remaining shareholders (minority shareholders) of Sky Deutschland AG to Sky
German Holdings GmbH as principal shareholder in accordance with the
procedure pursuant to sections 327a et seq. of the German Stock Corporation
Act (so-called squeeze-out) and notified Sky Deutschland AG that it has
determined the amount of the cash compensation for the transfer of the
shares of the minority shareholders which shall be EUR 6.68 for each
non-par value share.

The transfer resolution required for the squeeze-out shall be resolved upon
at an extraordinary general meeting of Sky Deutschland AG's shareholders
which is scheduled for 22 July 2015.
