Increase in revenues of 64% and best profit of companies history* are a
result of 3rd-party
development contracts in the business field of IPTV (TV over broadband),
Broadband-Software and TV/Video portals.
        
TCU AG was selected for sucessful websites (german Top100) as lead
developer.
TCU AG received the marketing rights for 4 Mio. Videoads (VoD) and adspace
of some realtime IPTV (peer to peer software)channels.

TC is well known in german media industry due to its successful 5 years
lawsuit against major german tv broadcaster RTL/Bertelsmann. In June 2004
TC has won against RTL at highest federal court (BGH) and can now market
first realtime adblocker worldwide (no ads during channel hopping). In
March 2005 RTL was judged to pay back all damages by its wrong temporary
injunctions to TC.
Since 2006 we are - amongst others - engaged in some of the latest state of
the art Iptv technology projects of www.CyberTiVi.com.

'TV over Broadband':
CTV is anonymous TV and peer to peer based. In that 3rd party project TC
again is lead-developer and intends to use that platform to enter the
webbroadcasting business.
       
At the moment 1.5% of german webtraffic is a result of technology from
TCUAG (1.2 Mio. Videodownloads/Month).
