With reference to the stock exchange announcement of 11 May 2015, the bank
advises that it has obtained the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority's
permission to conduct an early redemption of the issued Tier 2 capital of EUR
27 million, which can no longer be fully included in the bank's own funds due
to the phasing-out provisions of the capital adequacy rules. The early
redemption will be conducted on 30 June 2015.
