TIG Themis Industries Group GmbH & Co. KGaA together with Frankfurt
CapitalPartners (FCP) AG signed a purchase agreement today to acquire 100%
of the Berlin-based creative agency i-d media AG and its subsidiaries via
an asset deal. TIG directly holds 49% of the acquired company. The purchase
price TIG will pay is a low six-digit amount. The transaction is scheduled
to close on 14 August 2009.

'By purchasing the i-d media AG assets from the insolvency, we are
acquiring a company with a good reputation and an established business
model. We believe this company has significant restructuring potential and
that there are clear opportunities for improving its profitability over the
coming quarters. The corporate structure will be streamlined. The company
will primarily position itself as more customer-oriented. In recent weeks,
new sales-relevant customer relationships have already been established. We
are expecting a turnaround at year-end. With Frankfurt CapitalPartners
(FCP) AG, our operational partner, we have an experienced restructurer and
