With the following Trigon Agri A/S hereby announces that on October 13, 2010
the meeting of the Board of Directors was held and the following resolutions
were passed: 

1. Joakim Johan Helenius was elected as the chairman of the Board of Directors. 

2. Ülo Adamson (as President), Raul Toomsalu (as CEO) and Konstantin Kotivnenko
(as member) were appointed members of the Executive Board. 

Having joined Trigon Capital (the management company for Trigon Agri A/S) in
2007, Mr. Kotivnenko has been responsible for sourcing, structuring and set-up
of the majority of Trigon Agri A/S acquisitions in Ukraine and Russia. Prior to
joining Trigon Capital, Mr Kotivnenko worked as an Attorney at Law for
Sorainen, the leading pan-Baltic law firm. Konstantin holds an LLM from
Georgetown University Law Center, USA. Konstantin speaks fluent Russian,
English and Estonian.
