Earlier today, the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) announced its judgment
on the appeals lodged by Eurotunnel and SCOP against the Competition & Markets
Authority's (CMA) ban on Eurotunnel/SCOP operating ferries from Dover. 

The CAT rejected Eurotunnel's and SCOP's appeals.

There is now a short period for Eurotunnel/SCOP to seek consent from the CAT to
appeal to the UK Court of Appeal.
