BankM successfully places capital increase for MAX21 Management und Beteiligungen AG
– Capital increase of MAX21 placed within a short time – Interest of investors significantly exceeded offering – Leading institutional investors among the participants Frankfurt, March 26, 2015 – BankM – Representative office of biw Bank für Investments und Wertpapiere AG (“BankM”) has successfully supported the capital increase of MAX21 Management und Beteiligungen AG as the sole bookrunner. The newly offered 883,282 shares were placed at a price of EUR 3.60 in a prospectus-free private placement within a short period of time with existing and new institutional investors. The interest of investors for new shares significantly exceeded the actual available number of new shares of MAX21. BankM has been supporting the company, listed in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, for several years in the capital market. During this period, BankM accompanied capital increases with total proceeds of approximately EUR 10 million. With its main affiliations, pawisda systems GmbH and LSE Leading Security Experts GmbH, MAX21 is a leader in various areas of digital solutions and benefits from mega-trends such as cloud and digitalization.
