With reference to release no. 8 of 1 April 2015, the capital increase has now
been registered at the Danish Business Authority. Hereafter, the share capital
of Columbus A/S amounts to DKK 142.123.215 (nom.) divided into 113.698.572
shares of DKK 1.25. 



New Articles of Association are attached.
